I just reseived a cottage kitchen set and I was able to replace all the old non-sylvanian kitchen furniture.

The Ladies Tailbury and Charcoal insisted to be the first ones to drink some late night tea in the new kitchen emoticon

Re: My sylvanian dollhouse (in progress)

i am in 2 minds to get lundby house for my sf, either new or ebay...as i cleared out my non sf stuff (maple town/playmobil etc) years ago to concentrate on sf but always drawn back to lundbys. my friend had one when we were young and each room had lights and sockets which was fun. te bathroom downstairs was a garage here, and had interior stickers of workbenches, tools etc, hence no windows. does yours have a card front that slides in place? some do and some dont which i find odd. or are your details like doors/windows/ivy lon the reverse?
its a good scale but do you think the doors are too big?

No, I don't have a cartfront for my house, I think I have never seen one for this model. There are also no pictures on the backwall, just brickwall. I think you are talking about an older model of lundby mansion. It was bigger and it had ivys at its back. That is a great house too and it's third floor with stable is amazing.
The rooms in my lundby house are a little bit to high for sylvanians and the doors are too. But I think it's a good thing sience I have big hands and even now I knock off all the characters when I try to adjust furniture! emoticon
I should take more photos of my house sience I have managed to replace all the non-selvanian furniture with real ones.
