The CC Wildflower rabbit sister isn't the same as the JP Wildflower sister. Although the markings on the muzzles are the same, the coloring is not. This rabbit sister is the same color as the CC Cheerleading Stacy Bunny. nondisclosed_email@example.com (DeafCandy)Thu, 23 Sep 2010 21:37:17 +0000 Re: Calico Critters Christmas Set: Bearbury Santa Boy & Wildflower Rabbit Girlhttps://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14452,from=rss#post14452https://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14452,from=rss#post14452the sparkle rabbits are adorable! Here's a photo of the JP Pink Cotton Rabbits (aka the Sparkle Rabbits)... nondisclosed_email@example.com (lostmymarblz)Mon, 20 Sep 2010 13:57:05 +0000 Re: Calico Critters Christmas Set: Bearbury Santa Boy & Wildflower Rabbit Girlhttps://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14358,from=rss#post14358https://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14358,from=rss#post14358I think the JP Theme Park Wildflower sister has a better quality coat. I tend to prefer the JP figures over US or UK for that reason. just my opinion tho I have never seen that set before....I do like it...nondisclosed_email@example.com (BugzySUPERhappy)Mon, 20 Sep 2010 11:16:38 +0000 Re: Calico Critters Christmas Set: Bearbury Santa Boy & Wildflower Rabbit Girlhttps://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14355,from=rss#post14355https://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14355,from=rss#post14355I think most of the theme park-rabbits are pink. The cc-set Wildflower sister is more realistic I think. Are there any other Wildflower rabbits in the CC-line? I am thinking about the Sparkle-rabbits, but they may be a little different from Wildflowers...nondisclosed_email@example.com (toukkero)Mon, 20 Sep 2010 09:29:43 +0000 Re: Calico Critters Christmas Set: Bearbury Santa Boy & Wildflower Rabbit Girlhttps://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14344,from=rss#post14344https://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14344,from=rss#post14344Interesting. I thought that they were adults at first and it was on my wishlist then, but when I learned that they were brother and sister figures, I was turned off. If I ever saw this for a great price, I might be tempted to get it, but I don't think I'll ever see it for a great price. Cute figures, but a bit pricey. -Ericnondisclosed_email@example.com (ianandjane)Sun, 19 Sep 2010 05:32:21 +0000 Re: Calico Critters Christmas Set: Bearbury Santa Boy & Wildflower Rabbit Girlhttps://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14309,from=rss#post14309https://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14309,from=rss#post14309I think the biggest proplem with this kind of sets is that you can't know if the figures are adults or kids when you are looking at them in the pictures. I really thought that they were adults in this set. nondisclosed_email@example.com (toukkero)Sun, 19 Sep 2010 04:08:19 +0000 Calico Critters Christmas Set: Bearbury Santa Boy & Wildflower Rabbit Girlhttps://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14308,from=rss#post14308https://bsfforum.runboard.com/p14308,from=rss#post14308I didn't even realize this set existed until yesterday, which just goes to show how observant I am. I like the Wildflower Sister. Her coat is cute and I like that her mittens are on a little elastic string instead of sewn to the coat or somthing. I do think they should have gone the extra mile and given her a little dress UNDER the coat, though, especially at this price. I'm not even asking for anything fancy - just a simple shift dress like Mrs. Apple-Blossom's would be fine. If I recall correctly, this coat is very similar to one that was on a JP exclusive Wildflower rabbit girl. The Santa outfit is quite cute and I like the little Bearbury boy. I think I'll display him without the beard, though. The sack is kind of stupid. It's just a white bag with stuffing inside. I'm not saying I expected anything amazing, but it doesn't really even look like Santa's bag to me. Perhaps if it was another color? I had a coupon. I wouldn't have paid the full $19.99 for this set. I might not have bought it even then, but I liked the Wildflower girl quite a lot and I don't have any other Bearbury bears. I think the LE Calico Critters stuff is really overpriced. I didn't like paying the $16.99 price tag on the 3 Little Pigs set, but at least that had THREE fully articulated figures, and this only has two.nondisclosed_email@example.com (JabberwockyPie)Sun, 19 Sep 2010 03:59:30 +0000
