Re: Your animals
(Lots of pix! Sorry! I couldn't help it they are all so cute!!!)
I have three cats, one dog, and a bunny!
My first cat my husband and I found several years ago on the side of the road, no tags or home to speak of. She was just a little baby, probably only 1 1/2 months old. We named her "Crazy-Ass" because of how she ripped around the house after settling in. (If that needs to be starred out please someone let me know!!)
I only have one picture of her as a baby, shortly after we picked her up.
But I have lots of pictures of her a year later (2011) pregnant and ready for babies!
Crazy-Ass decided to have her babies in the upper part of the ceiling on the bathroom. Of course there is no way to get there directly, so I had to tear apart our pantry ceiling, to crawl through the upper part of the pantry through narrow rafter spacing and fiberglass filled insulation to get to her and her babies.
It was immensely painful, and I am kind of mad at Benjamin for not patching the hole up there when I asked him to, but all in all I am happy to have 5 little grand-babies. We only expected like 3, but I love all of them so much.
The kitten we kept from the litter was little Midnight! She looks exactly like her mother!
Here she is sleeping on my chest!
And here she is with all her sisters!
Well guess what! A year later Midnight got pregnant! Here's a picture of her with her babies, and the little one with the arrow pointing to him is my little baby Pugsly!!! So cute! He is the kitten we kept from this litter. (2012)
Me and baby Pugsly!
Here he is sleeping on his mama!
Here's all the kittens of Midnight's litter helping their grandma (me!) with homework!
Well 2013 we got a new addition to the family! We went over to a friend's house, and there was a new dog there! we asked our friend when he'd gotten a new dog, and he told us he didn't! He was just watching him until he found a home for the poor guy. Apparently his previous owner has beaten him up pretty bad, he had a broken leg and a prolapsed tear gland. Well we took him home and called him Wu Gou!
His leg is all healed up, but his tear gland will never be fixed since we would have to do invasive surgery to remove it, and we don't want to put him through that since it doesn't hurt him at all!
Here's him and Pugsly cuddling!
Then just a couple weeks ago we saw that my uncle's bunnies had had a litter of their own! There was one little white bunny whose eyes were still closed, and seemed to have an infection. We ended up having to take her to the vet and put medicine on her eyes and give her antibiotics! She was a trooper though. We called her little blind bunny (LBB), because we were told because of the infection in her eyes she would probably never be able to see
Well she's all cleared up now! And has made a new friend!
I love all my animals! They are all my babies! Crazy-Ass and LBB are my daughters, Wu Gou is my son, Midnight is my Grand Daughter, and Pugsly is my Great-Grand Son!

Re: Your animals
They're all so cute! I am happy that you had many pictures of them to share, I even would have liked to see more!
I have had many kittens and cat litters many years ago, but they lived in the garden.
Now I have no garden, I still have cats allergy, and my husband has allergy too.
So I think I will only dream about cats... , but always love them.

Re: Your animals
I agree Jane, I would also like to see more pets pics. It's so interesting and there's quite a mix out there too. It's probably why we're all Sylvanian Collectors - we just love animals.

Re: Your animals
Hi everyone, I thought I'd better start trying to put up pictures, so here are my two dogs.
First up is my puppy, Basil. He's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and five months old. Here he is enjoying his new bed.
This here is my other dog, a Pekingese cross, called Nura. She is 4 years old. She's not technically mine, although she lives with me now. She belongs/ed to my old flatmate. I'd mind her a lot for him, and we did talk about him giving her to me. He's moved back to another city and left her with me, so I'm not sure if he's going to ask for her back one day. Not sure how I'd cope with that.
