Rare Sylvanian Set Offered by Very Reliable(It said 99.97% Possitive) I translated on a website(I'm awful at french, ce vous plait) and she said its from the 80's. Could an expert like Wendy examine this set? It may include Mrs. Catwood, It doesn't say. I don't recognise the oven.  If you decide to buy the item, I don't know if the figure is included or if it's even very rare.

The plain black oven, cupboard and sink unit could be original 80's. But I think there was a JP anniversary set that featured those items also. The other oven, the more ornate one I think may have been an 80's original too. I've seen it for sale a few times on ebay on its own.
As for the cat...I don't know...she looks a slightly different face shape...maybe she's mapletwon? It does mention something about mapletown in the description.
And I've no idea about the table and chairs or the little silver kettle...

Yes, I thought It looked 80's. I'm pretty sure the mom's a catwood. Those plates and cups are playmobil, I have some that exact same, now that I look at it.
