Removing stains?
Does anyone know how to remove stains from Sylvanians? I keep my figures in a plastic storage tub, & when I was sorting through them yesterday I came across several which have developed brown stains *cries* I think they have been stained by the brown shawl of Grandma Marmalade
Is there anyway to remove these stains? One of the figures is my beloved white ermine father & I'm gutted!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Removing stains?
I don't quite understand on what you mean by stains . But if you store them in ziplock bags & put them in the tub , you wouldn't get a problem like this again

Re: Removing stains?
I mean that they have developed brown marks- they were not stained when I bought them. I now have them bagged up but I would like to know if the stains can be removed.

Re: Removing stains?
The same has happened to my Flair Evergreens, they have red dots on, the culprit is Ashleys dress. I've also had no luck in getting them out, though I've removed Ashley and the others seem to be doing better. Hoping theyll just fade down over time

Re: Removing stains?
I have no idea how to remove stains but my chantilly cat father lollipop man has black marks on his head from his hat. If you have this figure it is worth removing the hat and storing it in a separate bag. It was too late for mine so I bought another chantilly cat mum and have cross dressed her. I dont know if its a problem with all the lollipop men?
I dust my display figures with a soft make up blusher brush or pastry brush. I wouldn't use anything stronger than a slightly damp cloth to avoid fur rubs.
I did put one of my brown stained white wedding dresses in some water/bleach which worked well even with the netting and beading.
