Help needed: Bidding on an item in the US

Is there someone here who would bid on a item for me that only ships to the US? If you would be willing to, can you send me a PM, please?

Ideally it'd be someone who can be online when the item ends and do a bit of last-second bidding. emoticon I find that you get the best results that way. Item ends next week Weds EST 1 pm.

I will of course pay for everything via Paypal.

Many thanks! emoticon

I find that quite annoying: I'm the only bidder all week, but have to be alert at the last 10 seconds to defend by find X_x

Im with you 100%. It takes me forever to get a seller that will send to SA and who has something I want then, just to be dissapointed and get outbid in the last 5 sec!

I understand your feelings, I also find it annoying when it happens. But I still do it, because it's not against the rules and because I want the items. I am quite selfish in that respect, I suppose, but I've been outbid in just that manner enough times to empathise with those who don't like the system. emoticon

Haha, EB - You need a fast internet connection to bid on Ebay... The number of times that I have just missed out on that great deal... emoticon

I know the feeling all too well, trying to get someone to ship to SA... But, I have found that if you give the seller a link to your collectors' site, they are more willing to help you out. emoticon
